The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a rainy few days. the hosts were friendly and helpful. I also loved the fact that the cottage had all the amenities I needed, making it feel like a home away from home.
I did have an issue with the communication from the owner. They spoke to us as if we were children and even threatened to call the police if there were more than the agreed number of guests.

Had a nice New Year getaway. Got a warm welcome and the cottage was clean and comfy. Loved the hot tub and sauna; great way to relax. Also liked the fully equipped kitchen and working fireplace. The hosts gave good suggestions for places to visit.
Got a bit confused with the booking; thought there was a shared hot tub but there wasn't.

We recently stayed at Millstone Cottages for a weekend getaway. The cottages were clean, spacious, and had two generous hot tubs which were great fun for the whole family. Danny and Dolores, the excellent hosts, had both open fires lit for us on arrival and provided extra logs and coal to keep them going. They also recommended activities and places to eat, ensuring we were entertained throughout our stay. We couldn't fault a thing – Millstone Cottages are perfect.
Would recommend this hotel.
